Laurance Scrap Metals supports the local community through donation and sponsorship.

We sponsor a number of up and coming sportsmen and community groups.


Our community sponsorship includes:

Sharni Horwood

Sharni Horwood is a fine young athlete competing in Local, State and National Karate tournaments. With numerous medals including a Gold Medal in this year's AKF State Titles, Sharni is geared up and ready for a big year of training and tournaments.

Recent and upcoming tournaments include Morley State Titles in May (Gold Medal Winner), Margaret River in June, AKF Nationals and Margaret River in August, Adelaide Nationals in September and Morley in October.

Laurance Scrap Metals are proud to sponsor such an enthusiastic competitor. We look forward to following her success and believe she is an inspiration to other young people looking to get involved in the exciting sport of Karate.
